Agreement
By signing in, creating an account, or using SIPforge, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Authorized enterprise use
- Use SIPforge only for lawful SIP, voice, telecom, quality assurance, monitoring, and AI voice-agent testing activities.
- Only test systems, numbers, media, prompts, and providers that you are authorized to use.
- Comply with telecom, consent, recording, privacy, anti-spam, carrier, Twilio, AI-provider, and data-protection obligations that apply to your use case.
- Do not use SIPforge for emergency calling, unlawful robocalling, fraud, harassment, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, or service abuse.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for protecting credentials, using strong passwords or SSO where available, keeping user access current, and assigning roles that match job responsibilities. Organization administrators are responsible for workspace governance, invitations, provider keys, and test permissions.
Billable third-party usage
Twilio Voice, AI providers, and other connected services may charge your organization directly. SIPforge may provide cost caps or estimates, but customers remain responsible for provider accounts, balances, usage, taxes, limits, and contract terms.
Customer data and ownership
Your organization retains ownership of submitted configurations, prompts, media, reports, transcripts, and test results. SIPforge may process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content.
Availability and changes
SIPforge may change features, integrations, limits, documentation, and workflows over time. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, incidents, or network failures. Customers should not rely on SIPforge as the only monitoring or compliance control for critical systems.
Disclaimers and limits
SIPforge provides testing evidence and operational metrics, but results can be affected by carrier routing, provider callbacks, network conditions, configuration, endpoint behavior, and AI provider performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law and contract, SIPforge is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in a signed agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, violation of these terms, or a request from the organization administrator. Historical records may be retained where needed for security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.
